Let's start out with a safe and effective total body assessment,testing your balance, weight,strength endurance and flexibility. From there we have a starting point you will be re assessed in about 4 weeks to measure your improvement .

So we can get started the right way and to protect you and myself, I ask you to please take a look at what's called the PAR-Q form and DOWNLOAD if it needs a doctor's approval for your peace of mind please do so, I'm fully Certified and insured.
