To ensure we start on the right foot and to protect both you and myself, I ask you to please review the PAR-Q form. If it indicates a need for a doctor's approval for your exercise readiness, do not hesitate to get that for your peace of mind. Rest assured, I am fully certified and insured, and I prioritize your health assessment as part of my personal training approach.
